Guest Post from Crystal at ‘Crazy Combos’
I’m proud to present tonight’s (sorry for the late post) because I’ve been following Crystal’s blog since the beginning! She’s one of the sweetest girls I’ve met and is a perfect example of the type of person that represents the nail blogging community. Oh, did I mention her manicures are awesome and I’m pretty sure she has almost every Indie or small business brand of nail polish out there!
Hello Everyone!! I’m so excited to be here on Bridget’s Luxe Beauty Forever! My name is Crystal from http://crystalscrazycombos.blogspot.com/! I met Bridget quite a while back, through Twitter I believe, and we’ve connected over all the different types of social media! She is a sweetheart, but I’m sure you all know that 😉 I always enjoy chatting with her. And not only is she great, but her blog is fantastic too! I love the the fresh look and as always, her manis are stunning!! I have enjoyed getting to know her and am honored to be guest posting here today!
So since Christmas is coming before we know it, I decided to add a little spice to my mani today! I started with 1 coat of Zoya Sookie topped with Seche Vite. I let that dry for a little bit and taped off diagonally. When using tape, it’s best to stick it to your hand a couple times first so it isn’t as tacky when you apply it to your nails. I then applied 1 coat of OPI Glitzerland and topped with another coat of Seche Vite. Since Seche Vite is quick drying, it helps to cut time the waiting for the next coat. I still would recommend *at least* 10-15 minutes before coats, just to make sure you don’t pull any polish when removing the tape. I had that problem a little bit as I went to place the tape for the next color, but was able to smooth it out (phew!). I taped diagonally again and applied 1 coat of Zoya Isla and topped again with Seche Vite.
I love how this turned out! All three of the colors are fantastic on their own, but put together I think it gives a really nice Holiday feel! Another idea would be to try some greens in place of the reds! I have always liked Zoya’s Holiday colors, as they do a great job with them! They are also having flash sales this month, so make sure to check them out on Instagram: @ZoyaNailPolish, Twitter: @ZoyaNailPolish, or Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ZoyaNailPolish! You can redeem the flash sales at http://zoya.com/. I buy my OPI from a beauty store, Ulta!
A big thank you again to Bridget for having me here today!! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Thank you so much for doing a guest post for me Crystal! I’ll get a good one to you as soon as my little nubs grow out (I’m sure you saw my photos on IG or twitter EEK). I love this mani and the colors you chose, they’re so festive and not cheesy at all. Make sure you guys check out Crystals blog! Until next time…
