Catherine Arley ‘670’
Well, I have to say doing a post on any Catherine Arley polishes that I own is way overdue. While (to my knowledge) they’re not available in the U.S. I’ve found a great reliable seller via eBay that I’ve purchased from on 2 separate occasions. These polishes have such amazingly smooth formulas I strongly recommend this brand to everyone.
I posted a photo this past weekend on Instagram holding a jar of lip gloss and people were immediately asking me about the color on my nails. This shade is a light-medium pinkish lavender with a scattered holographic. While this polish went on sheer with 1 coat it builds up very nicely. For the photos below I used 2 coats with 1 coat of Seche Vite topcoat. I could have added a third coat for FULL opacity (there was still a slight visible nail line) but I like how this looks with 1 coat.
I love how delicate this polish appears to be, it’s almost like an angelic jelly scattered holo!
I tried to use neutral lighting to show you the true color of this polish. You’re wanting to know where to get it now, right? The eBay seller I purchased this polish and other Catherine Arley’s from is ‘alexandraxristova’, you can see her items for sale here. They cost $5.30 or best offer + $5.00 shipping for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Want the whole set of 35 holographic Catherine Arley’s? Get them here for $44.87! (Yes, this is another seller but it occurred to me that I’ve purchased from them too!) Not too bad, right? The only downside is that the items are in Bulgaria so it takes a month + to get your polish(es). She offers some other brands too like Essence and Golden Rose (on and off, but ALWAYS has Catherine Arley’s). So, will you take the plunge and wait a month for a gorgeous polish? ^_^ Until next time…
