A Soft Gray Jelly Sandwich
Hello my lovely readers! Today I have a quick post featuring a soft glitter jelly sandwich. I used OPI ‘My Pointe Exactly’ from the New York Ballet collection as the base, Lynnderella ‘The Present is a Gift’ in the middle and another coat of OPI ‘My Pointe Exactly’. I finished with butter London Matte topcoat. The result is a soft mostly pastel manicure.

Isn’t this pretty? You know, it almost mimics the look of Lynnderella ‘Gotta Love Brains’ only this has black glitters mixed throughout the polish. The matte topcoat makes this appear even softer and pastel. What do you think? OPI polishes retail for $8.00 and can be found at almost every nail beauty supply store. I am a sucker for looks like this…the entire NYC Ballet collection is one that really surprised me how much I have loved ‘em all and worn them all a lot – but I think it was just the right time they came out and we all started to go for the sandwich looks.

I love the combo of a soft base color and the glitter! Too bad Lynnderella polishes have to be this expensive, but I might give them a try soon anyways. I just like her glitterbombs.
